March 2007 saw the Success Network's second celebration of International Women's Day at Reading University Summer 2006 - A new series of workshops aimed exclusively at women in business Spring 2006 - Women in business are celebrating the Success Network's first International Women's Day! Autumn 2005 - The Women's Success Network was launched on 19 October 2005 Spring/ Summer 2005 saw the launch of a new seminar series for women in business, with Mary Fraser of Fraser HR and Maria Barton of Casa Mia. The series covers "Success Strategies for Women" and is delivered as bite size morning or evening modules, combined with networking. The ideal learning solution for busy business women! Winter 2004 - We launched a new coaching programme called Fitness Within that was created in response to clients' feedback. The new programme helps clients create a personal space to enhance thinking, clarity, focus and motivation. Working on inner fitness is particularly suitable for people already working on their outer fitness! Autumn 2004 - New this Autumn was the Personal & Professional Development Course "Free Your Potential"- held over 4 weeks at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts in Maidenhead. uwk promoted coaching actively across East Berkshire, not only in the corporate environment, but also in the leisure industry and offered complimentary coaching consultations as part of "International Coaching Week" and "National Work-Life Balance Week". Summer 2004 - Having succesfully raised £500 for Comic Relief in 2003 through coaching, we organised a similar event in 2004, that raised nearly £800 for 'Kidney Cancer Uk'! Winter 2003 - uwk coaching was expanding its services to include work /life balance coaching and a new series of workshops. As a result, we needed an updated and more up to date website!
